Restoratives | THE SERIES

Restoratives consist of Restorative Yoga and Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, therapeutically applied yoga and meditation practices, aligning with rhythms and cycles of life (nature).

These practices support trauma, shadow, grief, and ancestral work.

This is my signature offering which is a fusion of modalities, working with restorative breathing (pranayama and breathwork), somatic awareness, light movement, meditation, astrological cycles and rhythms, and circle work. We use surround-sound headphones for guided journeys, integration, and yoga nidra. $165 for 9 class series.
